Welcome to Rabari Artistry. By using rabariartistry.com or placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read the product details and applicable policies before ordering.
Products and handmade variations
Our artwork and gifts are handmade. Natural pebbles, stones, wood textures, clay details, colours and finishes may vary slightly from product photographs. Screen settings may also affect how colours appear. We aim to represent each product accurately, and its listing will state the relevant size, materials, contents and display features.
Personalised and custom orders
Please check names, dates, spelling, colours, sizes and other requested details before approving a custom order. We will confirm what can be made before starting work. Changes requested after work begins may affect the price or completion date and may not always be possible.
Prices, payment and order acceptance
The price, available payment options, shipping charge and any applicable taxes will be shown or confirmed before payment. An order is accepted when we confirm it. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil a request, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for any payment received for that item.
Production, delivery and international orders
Preparation and delivery estimates are provided with the listing or order confirmation. They may change because of custom work, courier delays or events outside our reasonable control. International buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their destination country, unless the checkout expressly says otherwise.
Please provide a complete delivery address and contact details. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.
Cancellations, damage and returns
Your cancellation, return, replacement and refund options are set out in our Shipping and Returns Policy. Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs if an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from its description. A custom or personalised item may have limited change of mind return options, but this does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Safe use and care
Follow the care information supplied with each product. Artwork and decor items are intended for their stated use. Keep small parts, magnets, packaging and DIY kit components away from young children where appropriate, and supervise children using a kit. Unless a listing specifically says otherwise, products are decorative items and are not toys, food safe items or suitable for outdoor exposure.
Website content
Product images, descriptions, artwork designs, branding and other website content belong to Rabari Artistry or their respective owners. You may use the site to browse and shop, but may not copy or commercially reuse its content without permission.
Website availability and responsibility
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but occasional errors or interruptions may occur. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact and complaints
For an order question or complaint, contact rabariartistry@gmail.com or contact-rabariartistry . Include your order number where possible. We will acknowledge and address complaints in line with applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
